Seabourn’s Spa & Wellness with Dr. Andrew Weil is the first-ever program of its kind at sea. Dr. Weil, a visionary pioneer in integrative medicine whose groundbreaking research and best-selling books combine physical, social, environmental and spiritual well-being, created a fleetwide mindful living curriculum to enrich mind and body balance, allowing guests to break away, relax and rejuvenate while they travel.
Each Seabourn ship’s Mindful Living coach is a certified yoga and meditation practitioner who will inspire and educate guests with orientations, seminars and classes during the voyage.
Before your main treatment at the spa, book a session in the Serene Suite, Seabourn’s modern-day Turkish bath. As with traditional bathhouses, this is a social space that offers a combination of heat experiences and monsoon-like showers, leaving you feeling purified and in the ultimate state of relaxation – the perfect way to begin your time at the spa.
