Ten has 22 offices globally and dedicated partnership managers who work closely with many of the best restaurants in the world to create and maintain excellent relationships. Your Concierge Lifestyle Manager will be either based in London for UK requests, or New York or Los Angeles for US requests.

What would I use Ten for?

Ten offers an extensive range of VIP and lifestyle concierge worldwide. Our team of Lifestyle Managers can assist with dining, private shopping, entertainment, sporting events, VIP packages and exclusive access. For example, dining recommendations in London, sourcing a new Rolex, securing tickets to Wimbledon, etc.

What is the value of an annual membership?

With a Ten membership, you have access to a dedicated experienced Executive Membership Manager as your single point of contact who you can reach via WhatsApp, direct phone, and email. You also receive a highly personalized and proactive service tailored to your requests and your clients' preferences.

Can I Use GTC Concierge Powered by Ten for Group Bookings?

This concierge service is designed for groups of 9 people or less.

Do you need to speak with my client exclusively once their reservation is confirmed?

We will take the GTC advisor's direction. There may be cases where a reservation requires a very detailed brief about your clients and your Ten Lifestyle Manager recommends that they speak to Ten directly. There may also be cases where a particular booking can only be made using the client's payment details or with their authorization. This will be the exception rather than the rule.

How long do I have to confirm a request?

Where a Ten Lifestyle Manager provides options for a booking, and the Advisor does not contact the Ten Lifestyle Manager within 72 hours, an additional Request will be charged, as the Ten Lifestyle Manager will need to check the additional availability.

The advisor has 72 hours to confirm a request once the Ten Lifestyle Manager has provided options and availability. It will count as an additional request if the Ten Lifestyle Manager needs to re-check availability after 72 hours. Cancellations are not considered an additional request.

If a reservation isn't available, will your team continue to follow up. If so, how many requests would it count?

Ten will typically continue to follow up or waitlist where possible to fulfil a client’s preference, and this work would not count as an additional request.

Can I have a list of the hard-to-access restaurants?

We would not typically produce and circulate lists. If a GTC advisor requires recommendations of the best or trendy restaurants in a location, then your Ten Lifestyle Manager will typically provide 3 options.

What type of special experiences can you secure? (Such as private chefs, meetings with artists, etc).

We can and do make these kind of arrangements. If a request is raised that we do not handle, this will not count as a request.

What is considered a request?

“I’d like theatre options in London” = 1 Request

“I would like to see availability for Matilda the musical in London in June.”
The Advisor decides not to proceed with a booking. = 1 Request

“I’d like a table for 2 at Hutong tonight at 8pm. “
Hutong is not available, so Ten offers three alternative suggestions.
The Advisor responds within one hour with the go ahead to book one of the alternatives. = 1 Request

“I would like 4 tickets for my client to see Coldplay in concert – in London or New York
After finding a venue in the specified places with availability, the Advisor wants to go head with a booking.
Availability checked in London – no tickets.
Availability checked in New York – and prices and availability sent to Advisor.
Tickets booked within 24 hours = 1 Request as the Request covers two locations and was booked within 72 hours.

“My clients wife’s birthday is next week, and I need you to arrange a bouquet of red roses to their hotel in Paris” = 1 Request.

Does it count as a request if a restaurant reservation is not available?

When it not available to make a reservation, the request will not be considered complete. It will not count as a concierge request. However, your Ten Lifestyle Manager may offer alternative options with a similar ambiance.
If you accept an alternative option, it will count as a request.

The SLA for an Premium or a Membership Concierge Request is 3 hours for acknowledgement and 6 hours to execute.

What is the turn-around to confirm a request?

How long do I have to confirm a reservation for a client?

If I do not use all of my 20 requests with my membership, can they roll over?

You have 72 hours from the time when your Ten Lifestyle Manager sends a response to your initial request. If you reach out after 72 hours to reconfirm, then an additional request will be charged. Your Lifestyle Manager will need to check the additional availability.

Unfortunately, no. Membership requests cannot be rolled over if they are not utilized in a month.

How does the billing process work for an annual membership?

GTC will invoice agencies directly for the cost of their membership.

Can I pay for an annual membership in installments?

Yes. You will be billed monthly from GTC divided for the cost of an annual membership (USD $28,600/GBP £22,000) over 12 months in installment payments (approximately: USD $2,383.00/ GBP £1,833.00).

Can I mark-up the annual membership to my clients?

Yes. You can charge your clients by any set amount by invoicing them and taking the mark-up as commission.

How can I invoice my clients for an annual membership so I can be reimbursed?

You can invoice your client for the cost of the annual membership or requests purchased. Your client will pay GTC and GTC will pay the cost of annual membership.

What is the process for securing a payment for a reservation? Do you need mine or my client’s credit card information?

We can use your credit card. There may be cases where an event requires the cardholder name to match that of the attendee. We will advise of you of such cases so that you can make arrangements with your client.

Can I pay for a membership in instalments?

Can you send a list of popular restaurants in each destination? Is this considered a request? If I request multiple destinations, is this considered more than one request?

These are multiple requests. We would typically provide 3 options per destination as opposed to a list.

If I ask for recommended restaurants for lunch and dinner, does this count as multiple requests?

Each date is a separate request. If you ask for a lunch and dinner recommendation, that will be two requests. If however you are looking for dinner at 7:30 or 8:30 that would be 1 request. Up to 3 options are provided as opposed to a list.

If I ask for transfers for a dining reservation, does this count as a separate request?

No, if you request a transfer or round-trip transfers at the same time as the dining reservation, it counts as one request.
