Marketing Plan Terms & Conditions

Internova Travel Group Marketing Plans that are confirmed and agreed to will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Hotel & In-Country Partners are responsible for providing marketing assets by established due dates within the marketing plan.
  • Internova Travel Group is not obligated to send reminders but may do so as a courtesy.
  • Missed deadlines leading to non-execution or non-fulfillment of the marketing plan does not affect the Hotel &
    In-Country Partner's obligation to pay all amounts that would otherwise be due to Internova Travel Group and no refund will be given.
  • Missed deadlines may be allowed one courtesy reschedule contingent on availability.
  • It is the Hotel & In-Country Partner's responsibility to provide the correct marketing assets according to the established specifications and guidelines.
  • Internova Travel Group reserves the right to refuse any marketing assets that do not comply with the established specifications and guidelines and to edit any submitted marketing assets for style and length.
  • Hotel & In-Country Partner agrees to pay all applicable charges and fees.

    PLEASE NOTE:
  • Limit one property per marketing plan under $30,000. Marketing plans equal to or above $30,000 for a specific brand are eligible to feature one or more properties under the same hotel brand.
  • Marketing plans under $30,000 for a specific brand cannot list specific properties. Marketing plans under $20,000 are not eligible to customize (i.e., a la carte) marketing packages.
  • No split invoicing requests will be accepted starting April 1, 2024.
